• Aug. 14, 2007 - Looking for horse property in PA

If you're looking for horse property in PA, just contact me. It can get tricky since it is not a category on websites or in the MLS. If it's vacant land you're looking for, you can start by looking for a minimum of 5 acres, or land that is zoned agricultural. Once you fall in love with a parcel, you'll need to contact the township for verification. If you are looking for a home for you and your 4 legged children, you can again look for 5+ acres, or find a place that already has horses. It will usually be
"grandfathered" for that use. The zoning doesn't typically appear on websites where properties are listed. The easiest way for you is to just contact me!

Stay tuned for more helpful hints!
