Well, we have seen better times on Siesta Key. There was not much activity in the housing and condo markets. I think everyone was waiting to see what happened with the election and financial market bailout. People tighten up when there is uncertainty in the market. The wild swings in the stock market don't help either. The month of October is typically not that busy for Siesta Key real estate. I'm hoping that the market picks up for us since the election is over and prices have dropped dramatically.
