133 Mercer Street is new / giant windows don’t show Chrysler or Woolworth

Manhattan loft 133 Mercer Street 3rd floor is new this week, asking $1.925mm and $1,750/mo for “1,700 sq ft” with “giant” windows but only 1 bath. The location is prime SoHo, just below Prince Street; the footprint presents some issues.
