There were only 20 Manhattan lofts reported as new to the market in the last 7 days and 29 as sold; 15 of the 20 new ones are offered between $1mm and $4mm, while 18 of the 29 closed sales were under $2mm; 5 of the 20 new loft listings are in the same new
