Asking $1.949mm and $1,233/mo for "1,850 sq ft" that is very enthusiastically presented ("stunning", "one of a kind", "meticulously renovated" in an "imposing, fantastically convenient building"). Cook's kitchen with the proper proper nouns. Central air. 14 foot vaulted ceilings.
