There were 39 Manhattan lofts reported as new to the market in the last 7 days and 7 as sold (see where this is going? ... after previous weeks of 7, 12, 7, 9, 7, 3, 7, 14 and zip); 30 of the 39 new ones are offered between $1mm and $3mm, while 3 of the 7
