Scott Hustis and Mark Jovanovic of Corcoran [say “this will sell quickly”] about Manhattan loft #13N at 347 West 39 Street. They are asking $1.375mm and $1,480/mo for “1,300 sq ft” that has 3 exposures, 2 terraces, but no floor plan (yet?). No pic
