I hit on the Manhattan loft 2d floor at 116 West 14 Street when it was not-really-new-but-recycled to market at the beginning of the year (January 26, ‘new’ at 116 West 14 Street is recycled, green, pumped). It closed recently, with a deed filed June

The loft that I had in mind when I asked what is a 1 bed wonder? had been off the market for four weeks when I posed that question, and used that example. Three days later, it was back (as if by wizardry) at a new price, with a new firm, and a new set of beautiful photos. Unit 2B at 22 West 26 St is about 2,000 sq ft and has been offered through Vals Osborne at Stribling since last week at $1.975mm.
