I hit on (picked on?) # 9S at 130 West 17 Street when it was new to market in September (130 W 17 9S is new + really going for it), asking $3.2mm (since dropped to $2.995mm) for "2,000 sq ft" and the "possibility" of buying roof rights. I wondered then --

The Manhattan loft 150 Chambers Street Penthouse W is priced as though Penthouse E at $1.685mm one year ago was the anomalous price, rather than #4E 2.5 years ago at $1.61mm. We’ll see what The Market thinks….
