There were only 8 Manhattan lofts reported as new to the market in the last 7 days and only 9 as sold, in (perhaps ... probably) the biggest turkey of a week all year; 6 of the 8 new ones are offered between $1mm and $3mm, while 8 of the 9 closed sales we
