The combo loft at #11CDE 244 Madison Avenue joined 3 units but only got "1,650 sq ft" out of it. Better, they got a contract within 3 weeks of coming to market in January and have just closed.

In the last 8 days there were only 12 Manhattan lofts reported as new to the market in the last 7 days, and 17 as sold; 9 of the 12 new ones are offered above $3mm (3 over $5mm); while 15 of the 17 closed sales were below $3mm
