There were 27 Manhattan lofts reported as new to the market in the last 7 days and only 8 as sold; 19 of the 27 new ones are offered below $3mm, while 6 of the 8 sales were offered below $2mm; 5 of the 27 new loft listings are in new development, while

There were 37 Manhattan lofts reported as new to the market in the last 7 days and 35 as sold. 11 of the 37 new ones are offered between $3mm and $4mm, and 5 at more than $5mm; while 31 of the 35 closed sales were under $3mm. 8 of the 37 new loft listings
