176 Perry has new loft in mid-8 figures

I am not going to go into too many details here, but the new Manhattan loft listing for #8-9-10 at 176 Perry Street sorta jumped out at me today and bit me: "11,000 sq ft" triplex, with taxes and common charges of $32,047/mo. They are asking $40,000,000.
