Number of Manhattan lofts offered for sale as of Sunday night definitely reflect a new year:

This is up 18 in a week, while up 193 since my recorded low in mid-August.

Nice place, thank you! I bought a pair of <a href="http://www.buddyugg.com/">ugg classic cardy</a> as my second pair on reccomendation from an Australian friend.. I honestly didn't know other <a href="http://www.buddyugg.com/">ugg boots</a> labels were genuine. I was happy with the price and the quality was fine, I compared them with my older <a href="http://www.buddyugg.com/">uggs</a>, the stitching and suede is pretty much the same if not better.
