The broker/owner is definitely motivated, as she has dropped the price today
by $146k, almost $10k for very day it has been on the market.
The nearly square footprint has plumbing in the middle, so there should be a
fair amount of flexibility. Can't tell if the interesting flooring is stencil or in-lay, but it is interesting.
Ditto the ceilings. (The description "artistic detailing throughout" does not answer the question, either.)
