aka139 Chambers. Interesting building - triangular with lots of windows and views.
This is where architect Alexander Gorlin has renovated #7 for architect Daniel Liebskind (of WTC fame) who bought the loft in 2002 for "just under 1 million" and reportedly renovated for $630K - more than $300/sqft. I wonder if that includes Gorlin's fee, but still not a bad deal at all. Gorlin also lived in the building at #3 but sold for $2.3 million in 2005.
