Jul. 26, 2007 - loft contracts galore this week / Tribeca bonus edition

 
As I said yesterday, many Manhattan lofts came through the inter-firm data-base as In Contract this week; here is one more from Tribeca, hot off today’s presses:
 
100 Greene St 2nd floor has been around since March and dropped from $2.8mm to $2.65mm in June ($2,025/mo maintenance). With “1,800 sq ft”, it is said to both “mint and minimalist” – as I blogged about when it was quite fresh: new at 100 Greene St / uber chic for uber bucks.
