Welcome to a new feature here on NorthPennNews: The Lansdale Real Estate Deal of the Week.  Every Friday I will comb the MLS and look for homes in the North Penn School District that are "Good Deals".  What makes a good deal?  Homes that are priced below market, estate sales, short sales, pre foreclosures, and the like.  Basically all of the homes in the area that present the most value for the money.
