Saturday, April 14, 2007, 11am - 3pm at the Adirondack History Center Museum
11:00am Pancake Breakfast $6 Adults, $5 seniors and 6-12, $1 under 6
12:00pm Pancake Eating Contest
12:30pm Melba Wrisley reading from Growing Up Strong about the museum's first maple sugar festival. Speak Chorus by Westport 5th graders and community members
1:00pm Maple Dessert Contest judging
1:30pm Local Entertainment
2:30pm Beard Growing Contest results
1:00pm - 3:00pm Horse-drawn Wagon Rides
Other events all day: Games, Music, Vendors
Mike Farrell, Northern Maple Specialist and Director from the Uihlein Forest Maple Sugar Field Station in Lake Placid
