• Apr. 13, 2007 - Step It Up for Creation's Sake!

Stop by St. John’s Church, Essex, (4 Church St.) between 9 and 10:30 on Saturday morning, April 14 for discounted compact florescent light bulbs, fair traded coffee, snacks from locally grown food, and lots of information on easy steps we all can take to reduce our carbon footprints for the sake of the Earth.


This is part of a nationwide grassroots effort (more than 1000 events planned in 50 states) to educate lawmakers as well as ourselves about crucial steps to be taken to reduce global warming. We need to reduce emissions 80% by 2050.
