• Jul. 4, 2008 - Fourth of July in the Adirondacks

This year's Fourth of July parade in Essex, NY started around 11:45am and included Shriners, band members from Quebec, state politicians, and fire departments from the Towns of Willsboro, Essex, Westport, Lewis, and Moriah.  After the parade, people ventured to Beggs Park to participate in the local festivities.  Fireworks are scheduled for Sunday night.

The weather today was terrific!  Sunny skies and nice temperatures.
