• Jul. 31, 2008 - $7,500 First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit

The new U.S. housing bill signed into law yesterday gives first time home buyers who purchase homes between April 9, 2008 and July 1, 2009 a $7,500 tax credit.  If you've been on the sidelines, now is the time to act.  NorthernAdirondackRealEstate.com
