Each month, with the water bills, the Town of Castle Rock sends the Town Talk.  This insert updates Castle Rock residents on happenings around town, in the parks, town government, transportation, and more.  Because the HOA dues for The Townhomes at Red Hawk pay for the water and sewer bills, the members of the community do not receive this monthly mailing.  A Vantage Properties is going to begin placing links to the Town Talk as we receive them for the water bills on the blog for Townhomes at Red Hawk.
