Is Redfin looking out for the consumer or is Redfin looing out for Redfin? Let's give them an "A" for good intentions and a "B" for marketing savvy, but this company rates no more than a "D" in their thinly veiled effort to portray themselves as saviours to the real estate industry. Saul Klein takes a close look at the company's "Real Estate Bill of Rights" and invites the industry to design a document that serves the industry, not just a struggling business model built on dissing the competition.

Redfin seeks to further confuse the consumer as to who serves them.  Give your clients the right to know advertising vs. expertise I say
