Color Me Purple Q & A

My first HOT PROSPECT on my Point2 Web Site is a REALTOR! She has a question about setting up the web site:

QUESTION: Frances, I love your blog post "Color Me Purple". Since I'm thinking of starting up again I've been looking at websites -- yours is fabulous!!!! Love your approach to updating, and your pics are great. Can you tell me, is the ability to post your own pictures as a heading a special template at Point 2, and how was the For Rent properties posted -- is that one of their templates that you would use for any properties and you just named it "For Rent" and manually inputted it. I suppose that means that you do property management also. Kudos to you and best wishes for the season.

I believe that you can customize any of the Point2 templates. It was rather simple to insert my own top and side banner photos.
For Rent properties is generated automatically using handshake listings. I do not have any listings yet and did not input ANY listings.
My real estate company handles property management.

Fran, Thanks for your reply. Actually, if I hadn't been so excited to see what your had accomplished I would have jumped right to Point2. I finally did end up there and I am very impressed. I had looked at them 12+ months ago and decided go back to AlaMode since their customer service was awesome. But, now that I've check out Point2 again, thanks to you, I'll be giving them a try. I spent a week looking at all the sites out there when I was doing my research. Another real plus for Point2 is the way their site goes through every aspect of what their sites offer--that was very hard to find on other sites. Point2's overview is a great asset.
