RealTown's own Saul Klein weighs in on the debate about the U.S. Dept. of Justice lawsuit against the National Assn. of REALTORS®. The DOJ is pursuing a case against NAR on very shaky grounds. It is an argument that does not find a divide between red and blue; the debate is between parties urging common sense and a government agency spending taxpayer dollars on nonsense.
