Program 3648 - What Can Program 3648 do for Agents and Homeowners?

May. 8, 2010

Program 3648 - Foreclosure can happen to the best of homeowners. Unfortunately avoiding the scams is the next hurdle for many. At some point anyone can be at the mercy of a lost job, sickness, or death. Couple these life incidents with a poor economy and possibly some bad life choices and the result is potential foreclosure and the loss of home and credit standing. The devastation of that realization places the best of people in a vulnerable position ripe for criminals whose thought is, "how can we prey on these folk and pocket some ill-gotten gain?"

Typically the first choice when a problem hits home is avoidance or denial. However, education is the best defense. Often times a family's dilemma can be turned around with appropriate knowledge. Legitimate and caring companies, such as Program 3648, offer solutions. Program 3648 not only lead the homeowners step by step through the process, but Certified Program 3648 Representatives take care of all the work as well. The best thing about Program 3648 is that at no time is a homeowner ever allowed to be charged even one penny.

CPRs (Certified Program 3648 Representatives) work as volunteers for the homeowner. They do get paid for their work; just never by the homeowner. Their intent is to help homeowners through the process. The mortgage companies want to work with the homeowners. The typical solutions are: forbearance, loan modification, deed in lieu or short sale. When all options have been exhausted and there is no other choice but short sale, then Program 3648 is the best choice.

program 3648, short sales, foreclosures, agents, real estate professionals, homeowners, program 3648 scam preventionForbearance is a temporary solution meant to resolve a temporary situation. The loan modification changes the payments and puts the additional due at the back-in so this plan is for the long term solution. This is typically only approved for a few in a particular situation. Both of these options the homeowner remain in their home. A short sale or deeds in lieu are options when remaining in the home is no longer possible. The deed in lieu is where a homeowner signs back their property to the mortgage company. A deed in lieu is much the same as foreclosure, except you save the mortgage company money in foreclosure fees.

A short sale using a Certified Program 3648 Representative is typically the best answer, if all other better options fail. A simple definition of the short sale is: Mortgage companies take less than what is owed to satisfy the loan. This makes it much more likely for you to be able to sell your home.

When looking for help there are certain red flags that you are talking to a scammer instead of a certified Program 3648 representatives. Some are:

  1. They ask for a fee in advance.
  2. They guarantee they will stop the foreclosure.
  3. They advise you to stop paying and pay them instead.
  4. They pressure you to sign a deed or paperwork that you don't understand.

Helping senior citizens feel at ease is another reason why Program 3648 forbids their Certified Program 3648 Representatives from ever charging for their services. We have all heard stories of senior citizens who have been scammed. They tend to be easy targets. Sometimes this is due to senility. Often, it is their trusting nature.  They tend to believe in people who are kind and especially those who take the time to talk to them one on one.

However, when a family is hit with the devastation that caused the potential of foreclosure, anyone can be vulnerable.  The automatic phone calls from creditors once the payments are behind are frustrating.

Finding the right people to talk to in times of crisis is a devastating blow to the homeowners who are seeking solutions. Using a Certified Program 3648 Representatives and Program 3648 is the answer.

I'm a broker for RE/MAX Legacy in Tyrone, GA.  I've been with Program 3648 as one of their certified Program 3648 representatives for about 2 months and so far I have received excellent training.  I have my CDPE certification, and this program really helps me leverage my short sale education.  I've already been getting an 8-10% response rate from their marketing letter. They really care about helping the homeowner.

I with Coldwell Banker Legacy Real Estate Group in Bowling Green Kentucky, and I have been with program 3648 for 1 and half years.  I really needed a company like them to be able to do more short sales. Currently, I have 33 active files and  closed about 23 files last year. Program 3648 has freed me up to do what I should be doing - listing and selling properties.  The responses from the Transaction coordinators are great, when I need a question answered all I have to do is email and it is answered. I could not posssibly see myself on the phone or computer all day trying to negotiate shortsales, it is worth letting them do it. I get quality leads every month (homeowners that are 30, 60, or 90 days late on their mortgage) that I mail to and getting the listings are up to me. I also use other means of lead generation, other agents who hate shortsales, ads on radio, and from past clients. Over the time of mailing leads I have over 4,000 names and addresses that are mine to keep in touch with and can still use in prospecting. Our work as Realtors is our duty to the homeowner, distressed or normal sales, and by helping homeowners to get a fresh start is part of our work. I like that Program 3648 shares in that same vision and offers everything free for the homeowner.   If anyone helps to obtain that goal is an asset, the short sale has become a part of the Realtor's world.

I'm also a certified Program 3648 representative - I have an exclusive territory with them in Fort Meyer, FL.  I've also had an excellent experience with them. They have been very helpful in not only acquiring new short sale listings, but also in training me to handle current and future short sales. The customer service reps have been very helpful in answering any questions and seeing how they can improve. Overall Program 3648 has been a great experience for me.

4. Homeowner Interviews

I'm a homeowner and have listened to many of the homeowner interviews found on the Program 3648 website.  They come across very authentic and it is inspiring to listen to these homewners openly discuss what I'm sure has been a very difficult time in their life.   A couple of people I know are facing foreclosure.  I'm going to talk to them about the services offered by Program 3648.  It sounds like from the interviews that everything offered is really free and best of luck.  Thanks for the post.

I was facing foreclosure and had exhausted all my options.  I got a letter in the mail from the agent working my area and Program 3648 and my agent did everything they said they were going to do.  There was nothing hidden.  It was wonderful to get everything for free.  It's rare these days to get that good of service and really not have to pay anything.  I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

6. My Experience with Program 3648

My home was in Nevada.  My experience was exceptional...even though it's one of the hardest things you could ever go through.  I was amazed at receiving everything for free.  I would highly recommend Program 3648.  They hung in there the whole time.  We had perfect communication.  I'm a Realtor, and I was amazed at how much they did to stop my foreclosure through a short sale.
