Here on Pine Island, rentals have always been a popular way to enjoy paradise.  As the economy turned, however, they became more and more popular. 

It’s no wonder either, who wouldn’t want to miss out on the incredibly low prices homes and condos are now selling for?  Just think what a pain it would be to have to buy a home at prices so low that they have not been seen since the beginning of this century.  And then you have to turn around and get money back from a hot rental market too!!!  This sounds like a royal pain to me.
