It’s Nice to See the Neighborhood from a Different Perspective. |
I had the pleasure of showing Pine Island to a wonderful couple this weekend. Our first day was all business. We looked at homes from one end of the island to the other. We saw so many houses that I was amazed they could tell them apart at the end of the day. By the time we had seen the last home on our tour I felt they had a pretty good understanding of the island communities.
The second day, though, was the reason I love being a Realtor on Pine Island. We arranged to meet at the dock of one of the properties they had liked at 9am. From there they got to see Pine Island from its most beautiful angle. A short trip out the canal and through Shell Cut provided views of Bokeelia homes nestled among palm trees and the occasional sandy beach. After enjoying views of Boca Grande and Cayo Costa we were headed in via the Back Bay.
A large splash and a fish shooting through the air got our attention as we headed into the channel. I realized then that we were in for a treat. I throttled up to create a nice sized wake and waited for the show to begin. It wasn’t too long until we had 5 or 6 dolphin following the boat, occasionally coming up for a playful peek. The dolphins were soon followed up by breathtaking views of Bokeelia from the backside. Unfortunately we arrived back at the dock shortly after.
I always enjoy being out with clients, talking about and looking at real estate. It is why I do what I do. I am just glad that I am lucky enough to be able to do it here. Call me today and find out why Pine Island is the perfect choice for your next home.
