Anyone in Austin Willing To Do Me A Favor??

I may be asking for a little too much, but anyone in Austin willing to help another fellow short sale colleague out by going to 2900 Esparanza Crossing, 4th floor to One West Bank (IndyMac) and get me the business card for the branch manager / top person of that office? Negotiator WILL NEVER RETURN my calls or emails and I'm on crunch time with the buyers before they walk. These buyers are more than qualified for a loan, but will only hang on for just one more week.
I know for sure my negotiator is out of that office. I did a reverse search based off of her address on the approval letter and got the main phone number. The receptionist confirmed she is out of that office.
If anyone in Austin can help, that would be great! I'm in Calfornia, or else I'd do it myself.
If anyone cares to know, IndyMac/One West Bank's building in Austin is highly secured. I had a friend of a friend go to that building to pick up a business card of the branch manager. But the minute you walk into the lobby of the building, security stops you. My friend called me on his cell phone and handed me the phone to talk to the security guard. I told the security guard all I needed was a business card for the branch manager so I could write him/her a letter. He gave the phone back to my friend, made a quick call to someone and asked that other person on the other line "What Should I Do?" then hung up. He then immediately kicked my friend out of the building.
At least I know I'm trying EVERY avenue possible for the interested parties to this transaction.
Here's the deal with them; they want no contact via phone.
I just completed a short sale with them and the idiot handling the file got himself fired. The file sat doing nothing for weeks.
Then out of the blue I get an email asking me where we were with the short sale! I mislead them and got exactly what I wanted. They just are not able to handle what they're doing.
They're a piece of work alright.
