<p> Hello to all in this group. I am new to Real Town but have been a reader of e-pro logs for 4 years. I was trying to send Elaine Zimmerman a message with this question and figured I would start here. </p> <p> </p> <p> I have just had a sellers agent tell me my buyers offer has been avccepted by the sellers, but the offer puts the sellers into a short sale position. Here is where I have no experience and as a professional I would like to know more before I speak to my clients over this weekend nov 22 and 23. The listing agenhas said we need to adjust the time frame for responses to our offer and to settlement dates. I am sure there is more. </p> <p> </p> <p> What is the best way I can serve my clients? </p>
