Here is just a few thank you notes from past customers.
My sister is currently selling her home in New Port Richey and does not have a realtor. She is building a house here in Orlando and will be closing at the end of August. My question is, do you know of any Realtors in her area that can help her out? She is concerned that if she goes with a Realtor, they will not get the service you gave us Dave. She is in a panic now and I am trying to find solutions for her. Any help would be a Godsend.

Yesterday was probably a one-in-a-million chance. I had no idea nor thought something could come together so fast & easy. Thank you sincerely for your professionalism & experience. This just made my life & house shopping a no-brainer. Yesterday was quite the extreme opposite in contrast to what I just went thru since Thursday evening with the other realtor.
Being a first time buyer, I can't quite think of anything we left out. But I'm sure questions will arise. If I think of anymore,. I'll be sure to ask. I just want to keep this sale as simple, un-complex, fair & easy for all parties involved.
If any questions do arise, please feel free to contact me by whatever means possible. I have marked my calendar for next week's 9:30 AM inspection on Tuesday April 4th. Thank you again, it's a great experience having met with the sellers and walking with them thru their entire house & property. I'm sure this made it so much more comfortable on the sellers as well, they are such a nice, genuine, down to earth couple, they truly deserve gentle & special treatment.

You are the BEST...Thank You for selling my house and having the closing done within 30 days....
My home was on the market for 9 months with those so called discount brokers. They could not sell my home and in the long run it cost me more money and aggravation in using them... I learned my lesson and from now on when it comes to selling a home in Central Florida you will be my first choice..
