Q How many blogs should someone have and should there always be new content in each?
A You should only have as many blogs as you can manage comfortably. There should be new content in each. Consider the Categories you are using in a single blog, create a Category link URL and assign a second-level or third-level domain name to the Category tag. It will let you build content, achieve better SEO results, and manage your time more effectively.
Q I am thinking about a domain name for my blog. North Metro Atlanta is the area I service <+/->, however there are three areas or markets I want to focus on: Cumming, Alpharetta and Lake Lanier. Any thoughts? -- Laurie Furem, Cumming, GA
A What are other domain names in your area? Maybe you should think of something Consultative rather than Geographic since you are an Accredited Consultant in Real Estate. You might want to work with that differentiator when you select a domain name.
Q Can anyone help me compile a few paragraphs pertaining to the foreclosure process for potential buyers? I'd like to add a short post to my BLOG regarding purchasing foreclosures, and I'd like to make it very "easy to understand" for the reader. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find easy-to-understand info?
A I read a good blog post today on the topic. REALTOR/Broker Linda Davis of Connecticut shared this link on Twitter.com a couple of hours ago. Remember, if you are quoting a source on the Web, just take a very short excerpt and LINK BACK to the post you reference! I would also recommend that you search http://BlogSearch.Google.com for additional information.
