New RE management tool in Beta testing

I know I read about this online program (www.UpdateLane.com) on RealTown although I can't find the thread to respond. SO, it is FREE right now while it's in Beta testing! And after that, it really doesn't cost that much. The administrators will even call a title company that you use to ask them to pay it for you.
Here's the deal: it takes the place of my HomeFeedback.com, which was costing me $19.99 per month AND it allows my agents to track all activities with transactions from listing (or getting property under contract) to closing. All documents are uploaded and visible to your choice of individuals, for example, closing attorney, title company, your client, cooperating agent and their client, your broker, home inspector, mortgage broker. You choose who you want to see whcih documents. It's a VERY user friendly program and I plan to utilize it to the fullest at my company.
One glitch though, it does not work well with the new internet explorer, so I changed to Firefox. Now it's perfect. The support person spent 45 minutes on the phone with me helping me understand all this program does...I love it.

Thanks for the positive feedback Judi!
For those of you haven't tried us out, give us a shot. About the browsers, IE8 is in its beta form and currently meets less than 25% of web standards. As Microsoft continues to develop the IE8 browser, you won't have a problem using it with Update Lane. If you ever have any problems with IE and Update Lane, just try hitting refresh. That seems to fix any issue that comes up with that browser.
We are big fans of Mozilla Firefox and Safari though. Both browsers seem to be 2-3 times faster than any IE browser and much more stable. Google's Chrome is nice too.
Happy selling!
Dan
Wonderful program, although I haven't been able to use it to it's fullest extent yet. Kudos to the creators. I received a "Welcome" call also and he spent an hour on the phone with me explaining everything about the program. I plan to use it to manage all of my clients transactions from this one central point so that all of my daily tasks show up in one spot.
