My wife and I are slowly but surely heading for retirement with in the next 8 to 10 yrs and we love NH. The conway area is our favorite and we may be interested in some property  for a vacation/second home. It does not have to be that big and  a water view or beach is also not needed.Something small, but nice not needing a complete Re-do is what we are looking for. single bath is ok. Two bedrooms is fine. A small kitchen, Garage optional. We  have been in our home in RI for the last 18 yrs. we have about  8 yrs left on the mortgage. Our credit is in the 800 range last time we checked. May be the time is right to start looking. Please advise. Thanks For your help Vinny C.
