When we started MyOnlineNeighborhood.com back in 2000 we found a way to get, and stay, in front of every resident, every Church, club, school, merchant and ALL the buyers and all the sellers in our neighborhood. But it took work for us to get the the community to use it every day while we hosted all things real estate. Was it more work? No. But just like with anything we do to be successful and market ourselves, it takes effort.
The difference in a neighborhood working, or not, was a result of the effort the REALTOR made. And we have known for 9 years that some REALTORS do not use or get distracted from the tools in front of them.
So we have been preparing to be at a place where we can hire one Neighborhood Account Manager in each of our cities we serve (we are in most places) and help each site for each neighborhood, community or small town thrive.
We are signing up Neighborhood Account Mangers already and may have one in your area. But we need more.
If you know of a REALTOR or Title Company Rep or even a Mortgage Broker that has given up the ship but still want to work with their fellow REALTORS, are driven , hard working and want to build a new career - send them our way. We will be happy to talk to them and see if they are the kind of person we want on the ground to help our REALTORS and their neighborhoods grow closer and stronger.
Hope to hear from you soon.

I am interested in learning more about your Neighborhood service.

I am a licensed realtor here in the North Texas area of Flower

Mound. A family community. Would this be free or a charge.

I am a starving realtor just starting out. One year under my

belt. Drop me an email: lauriekash@yahoo.com

Laurie,

As with any farming program there is going to be a cost. Look at any well known neighborhood REALTOR. They did not get there by only doing what is free. They worked hard. They got in front of their market with advertisments, mail outs, and all kind of different methods to let buyers and sellers know they are in business and give them a reason to use them.

Now we know that is difficult to get started in real estate. But without farming, marketing and advertising yourself it will never get better. But we do have ways for you to get others to help pay your monthly ad fees. In fact, being REALTORS for nearly 20 years ourselves, we pride ourselves in giving you a way to get ramped up when no other company does.
I'll have one of our people give you a call and see if you qualify to be the REALTOR that represents Flower Mound. It takes more than someone paying for it, we aso try and select someone it will really work for and they will be an asset to the community.
I hope that helps. I only ask you to take the time to learn all you can to find a way to get in front of buyers and give them a reason to choose you over the competition. That is the key to making it in real estate no matter what method you choose.
Good Luck.
