It was a pretty good hike to the top, maybe 90 minutes to get to the top. It seemed much faster going down.

I just googled it and a website said 6.63 miles, 4.5 hours round trip, but I don't remember it being that long. Maybe I took the kiddy route :)

Ya, I have heard quite a few different things regarding the distance and the time so i thought i would ask what you thought since you just did it.

Good news regarding the Torrey Pines trails.....

Is the Beach Trail still closed?
NO. The new rerouted trail opened June 29th, 2007

Let's plan an IC Sat or Sun hike.

Sounds good. I love Torrey Pines beach it's one of my favorite. You tell us what day works best for you!
