Any good Thai recipes

I personally haven't cooked much yet with Curry but I did get a big container of the red curry powder that I use in some of my dishes. I picked it up in the seasoning isle at the local market.

I do know that there are different types of curry (red, green & more).

Sam the cooking guy is one of my favorite shows to watch so I would check him out to maybe shed some more light on the subject for you?
