What A Great Reason To Be A First Time Home Buyer

The First-Time Home Buyer Tax Credit was passed this year as a part of the Housing and Economic Recovery Act.

As a mother of three young adults who will be purchasing homes, this is fantastic news. I think as a nation we should always be encouraging our young (or not so young), population to aggressively pursue the dream of home ownership.

Acknowledging that many need assistance and incentives in order to be able to do this is a wonderful stimulus plan. Kudos to our legislators for passing this bill. REALTOR Magazine
