Hot off the press blog entry from Monica

I am fortunate to be participating in the webinar series "No Blogger Left Behind" coordinated by Frances Flynn Thorsen and Joeann Fossland. They are wonderful.

Last night I was introduced to "Active Rain" in a break out session.  Well.... it was so informative, and speaking with Margaret Rome, who is an extremely active blogger in Active Rain, and an extremely successful real estate agent, I was just wowed!

As soon as I got off the phone from the session, I signed up for Active Rain and posted a blog entry. My motivational level was in high gear. It's still running full steam ahead and it's the next day. But you know what, it's carrying over into my conversations with my buyers and sellers.  What a win, win situation.

I told Margaret (she called me this morning - that was so sweet), I  had to stop writing for a while and work on setting up showing appointments for this weekend.

I came up with this game plan. Speed showings.  It kind of goes like this. O.K. Mr. Buyer here is the first home, we've been here now for 2 minutes, are you ready to go? I had planned to show you 6 more condos today, but seeing how this is the best value in terms of location, condition and price, let's just write an offer on this. I write the contract, I present the offer. Offer is accepted.  I go back to blogging.

Remember, "expect the best, you get the best".  Fran and Joeann continue to provide the best in educational formats that are exciting and challenging.
