I couldn't attend everything at Inman. So much rich content going on simultaneously and only 1 of me to go around. I did attend the entire day at the "Bloggers Connect". I hope you reading my post, can get some sense of how great this experience truly was. Wednesday morning kicked off strong and the rest of the day did not disappoint. Kris Berg (www.sandiegocastles.com) moderated a fascinating panel that discussed creating good content on your blog. In addition to many valuable tips, the overwhelming theme that screamed at me is to be passionate about what you write. Also, we all should be reading 4 times as much as we write. (Oh my, my day just got longer. Less sleep is on my horizon). Read what others (consumers, other professionals, your neighbors, etc) have to say, and what they need to know about. Then respond to their thoughts and ideas. Determine your audience, then find your voice. Your content won't disappoint if you feel strongly. You will be more transparent. 1. RE: Bloggers Connect At Inman
Monica - It was great to meet you at Connect! I learned last year to pick and choose sessions lest my head explode. :) There is always so much going on, so much to learn, that it is impossible to do it all. Kind of like in the blogging space.
Hope to see you at the next one!
