| Agency is a very important topic that one needs to discuss with their real estate professional. Ensuring proper disclosure and knowing who is being represented by whom is the FIRST STEP to a successful real estate transaction. The 3 ways I can represent a client are as a Designated Buyer's Agent, a Designated Seller's Agent or as an Transaction Broker. My preference is to remain a Designated Agent (Buyer or Seller) so I can continue to work in the best interest in my client. Please contact me for more information. |
