• Jun. 27, 2007 - Can Spring go so quickly?
| Can you believe that next week we will be celebrating the July 4th Holiday? WOW! Where has time gone. It seems like just yesterday (mid-May) that the "kids" were graduating from High School. Now we are less than 45 days from school starting again! Home sales have been fairly moderate in the Leavenworth County area. In general, homes are staying on the market alittle longer than last quarter and this means that there is often more inventory. That is a GOOD thing for buyers. Buyers have more selections and can negotiate more to get the home that is best for them. For sellers, it is important to price your home appropriately within the market. By doing the things that need to be done BEFORE placing your home on the market and being realistic about pricing and time-on-market desires, sellers can still have their home move fairly quickly.
