Lake Murray SC Real Estate Report for October 2009

There were ten closings for single family homes on Lake Murray for the month of October. The average DOM for these listings were 209 days with an average square foot sales price of $191. Three homes sold in Chapin, four homes in Lexington, one home in Gilbert, and two homes in Leesville.

For the same time period in 2008 there were 14 homes closed on Lake Murray with an average of 133 DOM. These homes had an average square foot sales price of $179.

There are currently 252 homes listed on Lake Murray. These homes range in price from the high 100's to over $3,000,000.
