Calling All First Time Home Buyers!!!

We are half way through 2009 and the $8,000 First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit will be gone in just a few short months. I have had several clients take advantage of the credit this year and already receive their check in the mail. One client is using it to help remodel his kitchen on the fixer upper that he bought in January.

I can 't say this enough, but if you are a first time home buyer and are still sitting on the fence about purchasing a home then GET OFF THE FENCE. We may never see an opportunity like this again. $8,000 is a lot of money to just let pass you by. In some states, certain lenders are also allowing the credit to be used toward additional down payment and other closing costs.
