Hamilton Mill Under 200K?

 Say it ain't so... Well, you know how the rest of the line goes.  No I'm not making some strange political reference, I'm looking at what's going on in our neighborhoods! 

If you live in Hamilton Mill in Dacula, GA, then I have some good news and bad news. 

Let's get the bad over with. 

• Sales as low as $190K in some neighborhoods, Oakbrooke in particular. 
• The average active sold price is $100K (yes, 100,000) LESS than the average home on the market. 
• The average days on market is 90 days
• Homes over the 1 million mark are very rare and can take up to a year to sell. 

The good news?

• Hamilton Mill doesn't have any homes under 200K for sale. 
• The homes under 200K are selling in 2 weeks or less. 
• The average sold price of a home is just under $300K
• Most sellers are only giving a 5% discount on their asking price on average.
