The Ohio Statehouse - The Peoples House host the 92nd annual Statehouse Holiday Tree Lighting on November 14, 2007 from 05:30 PM to 06:30 PM

Holiday Singers, Santa and special guests will participate in the ligghting of the official Ohio Holiday tree on Capital Square. "A free public festival in the Statehouse Rotunda will follow with hot chocolate and cookies, model train displays, holiday decoration tours and Santa. This event is FREE and open to the public." according to the Statehouse website.

Throughout the holiday season there wiill be Holiday Statehouse Tours. The holiday decorations at the Ohio Statehouse (The People's House) are of the Victorian era. The tours run from November 14, 2007 to December 31, 2007.

The Ohio Statehouse in downtown Columbus has a new website... I think it is new anyway. I know it is not the one I have visited before, mostly because old links to the Ohio Statehouse seem to be broken.
