There were 196 single family home sales closed in "northwest Columbus"  in 2007.  The map shows this area.  

Northwest Columbus Single Family Homes:

List Prices ranged from $0 (yes the Multiple Listing Service says a home was priced at $0)  to $569,900.

Closed Sales Prices ranged from $50,000 to $562,500.  


The average closed real estate sales price for single family homes in the northwest part of Columbus in 2007 was $196,043

On average, these homes sold for 96.9 % of their final list price


Days on Market ranged from 1 day  to 598 days, with the average being 84* days of market time.


The 2007 sales for "Northwest Columbus" compare to 213 single family homes closed in the same area in 2006, with an average closed sales price of $216,630 and 220 homes in 2005, with an average closed sales price of $209,079.

There were 79 single family home sales closed in Grandview Heights in 2007.  Grandview Heights is a suburb northwest of downtown Columbus. 

Single Family Homes:

List Prices ranged from $134,900 to $699,000.
Closed Sales Prices ranged from $121,000 to $635,000. 


The average closed real estate sales price for Grandview Heights single family homes in 2007 was $252,074.

On average, these homes sold for 97 % of their final list price.


Days on Market in Grandview Heights ranged from 2 to 418  days, with the average being 75* days of market time.


The 2007 home sales in Grandview Hightss compare to 82 single family homes closed in 2006, with an average closed sales price of $273,465 and 74 single family homes closed in 2005, with an average closed sales price of $259,569.

There were  439  single family home sales closed in Upper Arlington in 2007.  Upper Arlington is a northwest suburb of the City of Columbus.  

Upper Arlington 2007 Single Family Home Sales:

List Prices ranged from $114,900 to $2,100,000.

Closed Sales Prices ranged from  $112,600 to $2,000,000. 

The average closed real estate sales price for single family homes in $369,803


On average, these Upper Arlington homes sold for 95.6 % of their final list price. 


"Days on Market" for the homes that sold in Upper Arlington ranged from 1 to 580 days, with the average being 95* days of market time.
