Get a second opinion!


One of  the agents in my office has a transaction with a first time homebuyer who was referred to another mortgage company by one of the buyer's  friends. 

 

Thanks to the HER Real Livings agents referral to Real Living  Mortgage for a second opinion the Real Living  Home Mortgage Counselor (HMC)   found that the borrower was sold a sub prime loan at 8.75% by the first lender when they did not need a sub prime mortgage.  Real Living Mortgage  was able to approve the buyer on an FHA loan with no money down and save him $147 a month for a savings of $1,764 a year!!
