Did you read Forbes 10 Smartest Cities List that came out  yesterday?   Hint Columbus is not on it but Ann Arbor Michigan is....

U of M cyber gremlins? Dissing the Forbes.com ads....  Thanks to Ann Cumming's in New Hampshire (too small to make the list... Portsmouth New Hampshire, not Ann) for mentioning the Forbes.com list on her blog.  Maybe her links aren't awry.

Sadly it is not the best list to be on.  According to Forbes.com Columbus is in the top five for "drunkest cities."

The top five are Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Columbus, Ohio; Bostin and Austin,Texas.

"Of course, just because a city ranks high on the list doesn't make it a den of debauchery. A top-drinking town could be populated by grandmas who imbibe a glass of wine every night to keep their heart healthy. And just because someone tips back a few beers doesn't make them irresponsible."

I heard it first from someone who works at the brewery...
